When it comes to presenting your virtual meeting or conference, we can offer you the flexibility to present your content either live or pre-recorded and either remotely or from a bespoke studio with full green screen capabilities. We can also provide full technical support for both types of virtual conferences.

During the event, attendees are offered as much pre-event information as required and can also customise their attendance by either pre-selecting sessions or having the option to book sessions relevant to their roles. This allows for a fully customisable and bespoke experience. In addition, speaker bio’s, session synopsis and reports can be easily displayed, and access to your event history is also available post-event. Our services are provided on a bespoke platform powered by AWS which is tailored to be fully client themed or branded.

You may also wish to combine your virtual conference or meeting with a fun and engaging virtual team event such as a quiz or gameshow, a murder mystery or escape room, a wine tasting experience or even a VIP Day at the Races. A memorable and captivating virtual event could make the perfect start or finish to your online meeting or conference.

Hybrid Conferences

As we navigate changes in our global communities, which may restrict a full live conference, we see an increasing need for hybrid events which will combine both traditional in-person elements with online and digital components.
