When it comes to presenting your virtual meeting or conference, we can offer you the flexibility to present your content either live or pre-recorded and either remotely or from a bespoke studio with full green screen capabilities. We can also provide full technical support for both types of virtual conferences.
During the event, attendees are offered as much pre-event information as required and can also customise their attendance by either pre-selecting sessions or having the option to book sessions relevant to their roles. This allows for a fully customisable and bespoke experience. In addition, speaker bio’s, session synopsis and reports can be easily displayed, and access to your event history is also available post-event. Our services are provided on a bespoke platform powered by AWS which is tailored to be fully client themed or branded.
You may also wish to combine your virtual conference or meeting with a fun and engaging virtual team event such as a quiz or gameshow, a murder mystery or escape room, a wine tasting experience or even a VIP Day at the Races. Hybrid Conferences
