The Brief

A group event to combine performance reward and allow communication. Source a sunshine hotel destination that offers luxurious surroundings, fine cuisine, leisure activities and conference facilities. Develop itineraries for four groups of 35 senior managers and their partners. Must be within easy airport reach of Northern and Southern UK locations, with a quick transfer to the venue.

The Solution

CT Group Travel curated and delivered four bespoke proposals in the following locations:

• Australia/New Zealand: SeaWorld, Gold Coast
• Southeast Asia: Phuket, Thailand
• Americas: Caribbean and Bahamas cruise
• Europe: Catalonia, Spain

To help coordinate this large booking, our Development Team created an online customised registration site for each event, enabling both our team and the client to effortlessly manage attendees, rooming lists, dietary preferences, and travel documents in one smart solution. This technology not only enhanced operational efficiency but also offered real-time reports and seamless communication. On the ground, our dedicated team established a travel desk to handle logistics and provide attendees with continuous, in-person support.
