Common City Break Incentive Questions

A1 - An employee incentive scheme is put in place by a company in order to motivate staff as well as to reward staff for achieving set targets.
A2 - We can create any number of itineraries, depending on your requirements, and these can include activities such as Christmas markets, food and culture experiences, segway adventures, wine tasting, hot air balloon flights, zip line experiences, personal shoppers, VIP club nights and much more!
A3 - City Break incentives are suitable for both small and larger groups, with multiple activities available, allowing your group to do different things.
A4 - This is one of the few incentives you can do any time of the year: from a Summer City Break, to roaming the Christmas Markets in December, however we recommend you book your incentive over three months in advance, so that we can secure the best accommodation and venues for your team.
A5 - There are many different types of travel incentives. Some clients like to offer group incentive travel in which they take their all their top earners or those who have hit a certain target away for an all-expenses paid long weekend. Alternatively, top earners can be rewarded with a luxury holiday up to a specific value, or choose from a brochure of pre-selected holidays etc.
